Editorial Policy
Harmony Home Design is a home interior design blog where we share practical design ideas, layouts, and styling concepts. Many posts begin as real project thinking: during a client project, extra ideas often come up but don’t make it into the final design for timing, budget, space limits, or client preferences. When an idea still feels valuable, we develop it further as a concept and publish it here as a clear article.
What we publish
We publish:
Before-and-after style makeovers and room refresh concepts
Layout and space planning ideas
Styling tips, color and material combinations, and decor guidance
How we create content
Our content is created through a design process, not copied from other sites:
Idea selection
We start with an idea that appears during a real project but is not used in the final delivery.
We choose ideas that solve common problems (small rooms, awkward corners, low storage, poor lighting, etc.).
Concept development
We explore multiple layout options and furniture arrangements.
We test different styling directions (color palette, materials, textures, and finishes).
Visual planning
We create our own concept visuals such as collages, moodboards, and images with layout variations.
When needed, we add simple notes or markups to explain circulation, focal points, and placement logic.
Writing and editing
We write posts in an article format that explains what changed, why it works, and how to apply the idea in another interior.
We edit for clarity, practical steps, and consistency.
Images and visual standards
We use images and visuals made by us: collages, moodboards, and design images created for the article.
We avoid scraped or unlicensed images.
What is original in our posts
Many articles include original elements such as:
Collages and design images created specifically for the post
Layout variations and furniture placement logic
Style directions with color and material combinations
