Editorial Policy
Harmony Home Design is a home interior design blog where we share practical design ideas, layouts, and styling concepts. Many posts start as concept work: we explore room problems, test different design options, and develop ideas that are useful and beautiful. When a concept feels strong, we publish it here as a clear article with visuals and notes.
What we publish
We publish:
Interior design and decoration ideas
Layout and space planning ideas
Styling tips, color and material combinations, and decor guidance
How we create content
Our content is created through a design process and original planning work, not copied from other sites.
Idea selection
We start with a design idea that comes from concept planning and common room challenges (small spaces, awkward corners, storage limits, poor lighting, and similar issues). We choose ideas that can be explained clearly and can be inspired for other people.
Concept development
We explore multiple layout options and furniture arrangements. We test different styling directions (color palettes, materials, textures, and finishes) to see what looks cohesive and interesting.
Visual planning
We create our own visuals and images. When needed, we add simple notes or markups to explain circulation, focal points, placement logic, etc.
Writing and editing
We write posts in an article format that explains different design ideas and why they works. We edit for clarity, practical steps, and consistency. We also update posts when we improve an idea or clarify a step.
Images and visual standards
We use original visuals created for our articles. When we use reference imagery, we use sources we have rights to use and we add original analysis, layout thinking, and design notes rather than reposting material without context. We do not use scraped or unlicensed images.
What is original in our posts
Many articles include original elements such as:
Design images created specifically for the post
Written design notes that explain layout choices, scale, and styling logic
